| You can reach the
suburb by a suburban train from either Vitebsky Vokzal (Витебский вокзал)
or a railway station Kupchino (Купчино). Both are availabe via undeground
(Metro): Vitebsky Vokzal (Витебский вокзал) is connected
with Metro station Pushkinskaya (Пушкинская), Kupchino railway station
(Купчино) for the suburban train is co-located with a Metro station
Kupchino (Купчино).
A travel from Vitebsky Vokzal to Pushkin takes 30-35 min. Traveling from Kupchino takes 15 min. The tickets must be bought at the station. Any train in direction from St. Petersburg go via Pushkin. They announce on Station of Detskoe Selo - Town of Pushkin (Станция Детское Село - Город Пушкин). You can also reach Pushkin by bus # 287, or shuttle buses # K286 and # K287 (marshrutnoe taxi - маршрутное такси). In the case of bus you need leave bus at the Pushkin railway station. The shuttle bus goes further through the Pushkin and you need to tell the driver at advance that you need to reach dacha Kochubeja (дача Кочубея). It takes about 25-30 min to reach conference site from Metro station Moskovskaja by shuttle. You need to pay for the shuttle to the driver. To find shuttle # K286 (the trafic is more frequent as for # K287) you need to leave Metro station Moskovskaja in directions to bus to Airport (there are marks for that) and continue go along the street for about 30 meters untill you will see a big sign Пушкин. We kindly ask participants who live outside of the conference hotel to have their ID with them when entering the conference site. |
