The fee
is to be $310-$340 for a regular participant and $200-$220 for an accompanying
person. The fee is to be paid in cash at the conference and we will fix
its exact value by the conference date as it was done for PSAS 2000 (Hydrogen
atom, 2) meeting.

Call
for abstract
One-page abstract must be submitted in latex.
The template is available
here.
Please, do not introduce any
new definitions and do not use any additional packets. The conference book
of abstracts will not contain any colored pictures, but we are also going
to put the abstracts into web and colored pictures could be useful. The
abstract must be sent via email (psas2002@home.rclph.spbu.ru)

Visa
application
To apply for a Russian visa you need to receive
an invitation from us. To assist us in preparing the invitation, please,
do the following:

send also by fax (+7-812
4287479) a copy of the page
of your passport with your picture by April,

In the case of any
delay with the copy and the form you can
be asked to pay an additional supercharge
not included into the common fee.
The basic
invitation we will send you will permit you to stay
in St. Petersburg
from June, 29 to July, 5.

to visit any other
places in Russia, in addition to St. Petersburg;

or to arrive to Russia
earlier
than June, 29;

or to leave later
than July, 5.

Please, note, our invitation will not
allow you to participate at IQEC which is needed another
kind of invitation.
Please, note, that due to the visa regulation
we cannot
assist you to receive a visa if you are going to stay for a few days in
any other place before to arrive to St. Petersburg. A transfer and stay
over a night on way to St. Petersburg is possible.
Visa
for IQEC participants
Those who attend IQEC must ask the IQEC organizers
for assistance with visa. Please,

confirm us that you will really attend IQEC;

tell them that you will go to St. Petersburg
after IQEC for a week.

Hotel
and travel reservation
The hotel grants accommodation only
from June, 30 to July, 4 and if you need to stay for some
more time you need inform us now and
we will arrange that with hotel. Please, check
data for your hotel reservation (room you need) and tell
us on your exact arrival/departure data
by April,
